Our Process
- Step 1 - Make an order
- When ordering, you'll be asked to specify layout options for your design, such as layout type, horizontal and vertical alignment, and the number of inner pages (i.e. pages within the same website other than the home page) if required. If you have for example a home page and 5 inner pages of similar styles, we recommend you order 1 inner page as we often create a base template for inner pages which makes it easier for you to create as much inner pages as you need with little effort. You compress the design files components and upload it when you order, if you need to improve quality and standardize existing pages, you can just specify the URL of your pages. Lastly, you set a password to access our clients' area which will update you (see next step) regarding your project. Once you pay offsite, you will be redirected back to our site for order confirmation.
- Step 2 - Communication and updates
- Once the order is received, we usually get back to you in less than 2 hours, for which the order will be in "Initialized" status. We update the order status as soon as possible to "Confirmed", then to "Development Process". Each order has an associated support ticket which makes it easier to communicate regarding a specific order if we think there is an element in the design that needs clarification, or if new project guidelines arise.
- Step 3 - Delivery
- Once the development process is complete and your codes ready, we will send you an e-mail to notify you of completion with an attachment of the compressed files, and you may also download it from your clients area. We keep backup of your resulting files, but you have the ability to automatically and entirely remove them from our server. You can always request a revision during a free 15 days of technical support upen delivery.

- Accessible by most handhelds and screen readers, and when images / css disabled.
- Eligible for unlimited revisions during a free 15 days technical support period.
